Manage processes
A company runs under a serial of processes. We must have them defined properly in a Business Process Model (BPM) in order to scalate and improve them properly.
For each of that processes, we must know if the company colleagues has the proper competence for each of the processes, each process has a responsible and we delegate effectively.
Process competencies
In order to develop a project properly, we must know which resources we would need for its materialization. We must define the responsibilities this objective will have, what competence we need and which resources we have. In that table we will need to meet defined competence requirements.
